HOUSTON — May 1, 2026 — Bardasz Group LLC (“Bardasz”), a provider of real-time operational intelligence for well construction—drilling, completions, and well interventions—today announced the completion of its new Board of Directors, comprising five leaders appointed as part of the company’s strategic evolution and next phase of growth.

Dr. Olivier Lhemann, Founder and former President of Interactive Network Technologies (INT), brings over 35 years of experience building software that has shaped how the energy industry sees and understands its most complex data. As the founder of INT, he turned a vision for advanced data visualization into one of the most enduring technology companies in geoscience and subsurface analytics. Over time, INT became the visual layer that major energy companies and software vendors around the world rely on to power their digital workflows and data-driven decision making.

Richard A. Calleri, CEO of GEOLOG International and Founder/CEO of ignis H2 Energy Inc., brings a rare combination of global investment banking and venture capital expertise with hands-on operational leadership across the energy sector. Richard has consistently operated at the intersection of capital, strategy, and delivery, with a deep understanding of what clients need and what it takes to perform at scale. His appointment follows GEOLOG’s recent minority investment in Bardasz, reflecting a shared conviction in deeper collaboration — bringing together Bardasz’s digital well construction and real-time data capabilities with GEOLOG’s global footprint, operational expertise, and client reach.

Mike Wynholds, Founder and former CEO of Carbon Five, brings over 30 years of experience building, scaling, and making software matter, having worked with organizations ranging from Microsoft, Disney, Citi, and Samsung to high-growth startups navigating rapid expansion. A builder and board advisor with deep experience in product strategy, technology decisions, and scaling organizations, Mike brings the perspective needed to support Bardasz as it advances its AI and cloud product roadmap. Bardasz is building at the intersection of real-time data, AI, and well construction intelligence — a product trajectory that demands the kind of technical leadership and scaling expertise Mike has applied across industries.

Neal Githens, Co-Founder and former President of Quantum Reservoir Impact (QRI), brings 18 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. At QRI, he worked closely with industry leaders including Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, Kuwait Oil Company, PEMEX, and Ecopetrol. Earlier in his career, Neal began at EMC Corporation before becoming VP of Storage Engineering at Goldman Sachs, where he worked at the intersection of advanced computing and data architecture. His operational experience, commercial expertise, and global network will be central to how Bardasz expands its reach and deepens its impact across the energy sector.

Mark Farnan, Chief Technology Officer of Bardasz, joins the board as a recognition of the foundational role he has played in building the company’s technology since 2020. With over 35 years of technical expertise spanning upstream oil and gas, real-time data systems, finance, gaming, and defense, Mark has been responsible for Bardasz’s technology strategy, system architecture, product development, and technology partner relationships. His work goes beyond Bardasz — as Co-Chair of the ETP and WITSML Technical Committees at Energistics for over 17 years, and Co-Author of WITSML 2.1 and ETP, Mark has helped define the industry standards that underpin real-time data exchange across the energy sector. Mark’s elevation to the board reflects the depth of his contribution to Bardasz’s growth and the trust the company places in the people who build it. As Bardasz advances its AI integration and expands its product platform, having the architect of that platform at the board level ensures that technology strategy and company strategy remain fully aligned.
